'Dancing With the Stars' Promotes Hailey Bills to Professional in Show's Third Same-Sex Pairing

ABC's ballroom competition has moved a member of its dance troupe into the professional ranks for season 35. Hailey Bills, who danced in the troupe during season 34, has been elevated to full pro status and will be matched in the franchise's third-ever same-sex partnership. Mark Ballas, who currently judges the companion series "The Next Pro," is set to return to the ballroom floor as well for the new season.
