Darlene Love Gets Her Own Documentary, With Taraji P. Henson Producing

A new documentary, "Darlene Love: I Know...," is set to tell the singer's story in full, with Taraji P. Henson producing and Barry Avrich directing. Love's career had previously been touched on only briefly, in the 2013 Oscar-winning documentary "20 Feet From Stardom," which focused on the wider world of backup singers. The new film is built around Love's own story rather than that broader group.
