Dasha Smith Moves From the NFL Front Office to Run Operations at CAA

Creative Artists Agency has picked Dasha Smith as its new COO, according to Variety. Smith comes to the talent agency from the National Football League. At the league, she worked as an executive vice president and was its top administrative officer. In her new job, she will oversee operations at one of the entertainment industry's major agencies.
