David Berson of CBS Sports Named to Run Merged Paramount-Warner Bros. Sports Unit

David Berson, who heads CBS Sports, will take charge of the sports operation created by bringing Paramount and Warner Bros. together, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The appointment comes as the deal between the two companies is completed. Luis Silberwasser is leaving TNT Sports as the leadership changes. Under the new structure, one executive will oversee the sports businesses of both companies.
