Ellen Burstyn Reunites With 'Pieces of a Woman' Director for New Feature

Hungarian filmmaker Kornél Mundruczó is directing Ellen Burstyn again, several years after the two worked together on his 2020 drama "Pieces of a Woman." Mundruczó has said that once he wrapped that film, he was certain he wanted to make another with her. The new project, "Place to Be," also stars Taika Waititi and centers on a love story between two unlikely figures, one of them a pigeon. Mundruczó spoke about the collaboration with Variety.
