Henry Winkler Recalls How His Fonzie Fame Shaped the Marketing of a Horror Classic

Henry Winkler says his name was left off the poster for the original "Scream," and the reason had nothing to do with his performance. According to Winkler, studio marketing left him uncredited on the artwork because audiences knew him so completely as Fonzie from "Happy Days" that his name would "knock the balance of horror" the poster was going for. Winkler played Principal Arthur Himbry in the film.
