Jean Smart Wins Fifth Emmy for ‘Hacks,’ a Trophy for Every Season the Show Has Aired

Jean Smart has won the Emmy for lead comedy actress for her role as Deborah Vance in Season 5 of "Hacks" on HBO Max. It is her fifth trophy in the category, meaning she has now won for every season the show has produced. The achievement makes her the first woman to win a lead comedy actress Emmy for each season of a series. "Hacks" has aired five seasons on HBO Max.
