Tommy Lee Jones has joined the cast of "The Lowdown" as the show returns for its second season, according to Variety. Series creator Sterlin Harjo told the outlet which movies shaped the new episodes and what persuaded Jones to come aboard. Ethan Hawke stars as Lee Raybon, a self-styled reporter who works outside any newsroom. The new season begins with his character preparing to receive an award from the local press, a turn of events the show treats as a mixed blessing for a man more at ease as an outsider.
