Wim Wenders Returns to 3D for Documentary on Pritzker-Winning Architect
Director Wim Wenders has completed a documentary portrait of architect Peter Zumthor, a project fourteen years in the making. The film, titled "From Inside Out: The Architecture of Peter Zumthor," marks Wenders' return to 3D filmmaking, a format he previously used for his dance film "Pina." Zumthor, the subject of the film, is a winner of the Pritzker Prize, architecture's highest honor. Wenders, an Oscar nominee, also directed the documentary "The Salt of the Earth."
