Up Front on Delta, the Bourbon Is Now Blanton's

Delta has reworked what it serves in Delta One, the carrier's top cabin, from the plates to the wine list to the bar cart. Among the new arrivals: Blanton's on the bourbon side, and a braised lamb on the menu. For a Naples reader, that is a dinner worth the seat; for a Palm Beach reader, it is roughly what the club pours on a Thursday; for Miami, it is the part of the flight that happens before the party. Either way, the glass arriving at the seat has been upgraded, and so has what comes after it.
