HARDY has opened mockingbird RECORDS, a country-focused companion to a label he unveiled earlier, and TRIPPP is the first name on its roster. Most labels hang the sign out first and look for talent afterward. Here the label and its first act arrive together. In a town where a new imprint is often judged by its first signing, HARDY has put his on the record from day one.
