Former President to Mark 9/11's Silver Anniversary at Ground Zero

Former President Joe Biden will travel to Lower Manhattan this September for the ceremony observing twenty-five years since the September 11, 2001 attacks. His attendance at the Ground Zero site was confirmed Wednesday by NewsNation, the sister network of The Hill. The milestone anniversary places him among those expected at the World Trade Center memorial for the annual observance.
