Former Stars and Stripes Publisher Signals a Fight Far From Over

Max Lederer, who spent years at the helm of Stars and Stripes as its publisher, said Saturday that he and two other former staffers will keep pursuing their case despite a recent setback in court. The three were let go by the Pentagon last month. Lederer's comment made clear the matter is not settled from where the plaintiffs sit.
