Blunt and Krasinski Close a $5 Million Deal at the Standish

Emily Blunt and John Krasinski have parted with a residence on the ninth floor of the Standish in Brooklyn Heights. The deal was done at $5 million. The couple had owned the unit for a little under three years, and it is one of more than one home they have held in the neighborhood. The Standish sits in the heart of Brooklyn Heights, the brownstone district above the East River where the Promenade frames the Lower Manhattan skyline. A ninth-floor perch in that building puts a buyer well above the tree line of the surrounding blocks. Terms beyond the price, and the identity of the buyer, were not disclosed.
