A Collector's 5,000 Square Feet on Gracie Square Comes to Market

· 1 min read

Beth DeWoody, the collector, has put her Manhattan home up for sale. The apartment is on Gracie Square, on the far eastern edge of the Upper East Side, and it covers 5,000 square feet. In New York that is a great deal of room for a single apartment. It is the kind of floor area that gives large walls and long sightlines to anyone who lives with art. No asking price has been made public, so we will not guess at one. The address alone is enough to make the listing one to watch on the East Side.
