Genesis, the luxury marque out of Korea, has shown the GV90, the biggest battery-powered SUV it has built and the model it now places at the top of its range. The reveal did not stand alone. Alongside the vehicle, the company premiered a short film titled Flesh Impact, directed by the actor and filmmaker Maggie Gyllenhaal. For a brand that treats art as its organizing idea, the pairing of a flagship car with a commissioned piece of cinema says as much about how Genesis wants to be seen as the car itself does.
