A Gensler-Designed Showroom Opens for Tai Ping and Edward Fields in Manhattan

· 1 min read

Tai Ping and Edward Fields now have a new showroom in Manhattan, and the architecture firm Gensler designed it. The opening brought out two artists who have worked with the brands, Fernando Mastrangelo and Yolande Milan Batteau, along with designers and others from New York's design world who came to raise a glass to the room. Galerie was there too. For readers who follow how design reaches the people who buy it, a showroom is where that happens. Clients and the designers who advise them see the work in person there, before anything is ordered. Having the brands' collaborating artists in the room on opening night showed what the new space is for.

With reporting from Galerie.
