The fossil known as Jodi has a new identity. She was long described as an adolescent Tyrannosaurus rex and carried a $20 million valuation on that basis. She is now identified as a Nanotyrannus, and her figure has been set at $9 million. For collectors who follow natural history at the top of the market, that makes her a different specimen to consider, with her own name and her own number.
