Marc Ange Puts His Name on a Beverly Hills Roof

· 1 min read

One of Beverly Hills' best-known hotels has redone its dining rooms, and the change most worth a collector's attention is on the roof, where the new restaurant was designed by Marc Ange. It's rare to see a hotel restaurant credited by the designer's name. That credit puts the room in the same conversation as the furniture and interiors our readers follow. Downstairs, Chef Edo Baldi has opened a steakhouse cooked in the Tuscan tradition. So the house now has two rooms, each tied to a named hand: Baldi in the kitchen and Ange in the design of the space above. For anyone in Beverly Hills who tracks who makes what, a rooftop by a known designer is worth going up to see.
