Churchill Downs Presses for Outside Look at HISA's Books

Churchill Downs has formally petitioned the Federal Trade Commission to conduct an independent review of the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority, citing governance and disclosure practices. The request signals the track's continued push for accountability in the framework that oversees the American sport it has run since 1875.
