New York's Jockey Club Fills Its Table
Joe Appelbaum and C. Steven Duncker now hold seats among the stewards guiding The Jockey Club, the New York institution that has set the rules of American Thoroughbred racing since 1894. Chairman Everett R. Dobson returns for another term at the helm, and the organization welcomes ten new members to its rolls this year.
