The Panel's Last Word Before the Classic Goes to Forever Young

Forever Young heads into the Breeders' Cup Classic at the top of the list. The ranking comes from a panel that has met every other week, with the last vote cast in the opening days of October. This was the panel's final look before the Classic, and Forever Young held the top spot in it. It is an expert opinion, carefully reached, and the horses will settle the rest on the track.
