Shisospicy Points Toward a Second Breeders' Cup Turf Sprint

The filly who took last year's Breeders' Cup Turf Sprint is being aimed at the same race again. Her connections have set the autumn championship as the goal for a campaign that has not gone smoothly this season. On the morning of Oct. 15, under gray skies and steady rain, she was back at work with the race in view. For the turf-sprint division, a defending winner returning to the table is the kind of news that gives the day its shape.
