Fred Dixon Heads Back to New York's Tourism Office, and Caroline Beteta Steps In at Brand USA

· 1 min read

Fred Dixon, who has led Brand USA as its president and chief executive, is going back to NYC Tourism + Conventions, the organization that brings visitors to New York. To cover the change, Caroline Beteta is returning to Brand USA to lead it on an interim basis. We cover this because the people who bring travelers to this country, and to New York in particular, help decide who fills the city's dining rooms and hotel lobbies on any given night. It is a well-run handoff between two organizations that sell America to the world.
