Hilton Is Ready for the Guest Who Sends an Assistant to Book the Room

Hilton's chief executive has said the company wants reservations made by AI agents to be easy. That means the software assistants a traveler might ask to find and reserve a room. The technology is still catching up to that welcome. Meta's assistant, Muse, often has trouble getting a rate from the websites of the big hotel companies. For now, an agent may have better luck going through an online travel agency than through the hotel's own site.
