Midtown Manhattan will get three new high-end omakase restaurants this fall. With omakase, the guest leaves the meal to the chef and eats whatever the kitchen sends out, course by course. Three new places to do that in the center of New York make this a good season for diners who enjoy that trust. We will write about each one after we have eaten there.
