Diotima's New York Studio Looks to Wilfredo Lam for Its Fall Story
Rachel Scott, the designer behind New York label Diotima, built her fall campaign around the visual language of Cuban modernist Wilfredo Lam, drawing on his "Femme Cheval" works to frame questions of heritage and selfhood. The result plays more like a meditation on ancestry, spirit and anti-colonial memory than a typical season launch.
