Elie Saab is taking the drama he built on red carpets and setting it on H&M's racks. The designer is preparing a 54-piece collection, with prices starting at $39.99 — a number that puts his name within reach of shoppers who have only known it from award-show recaps. Fifty-four pieces is a real range, not a single capsule gown, so there is more here than one showstopping dress. Saab discussed the collection himself, ahead of its release.
