Vogue writer Daisy Jones spent two weeks plunging her face into ice water each morning, an exercise not in skincare but in nervous-system regulation. She's candid about the results: it didn't turn her into a portrait of zen overnight. But by her own account, something did shift — the needle moved, as she puts it, if only somewhat. No red carpet, no appointment, just cold water and fourteen mornings of repetition.

With reporting from Vogue.
