Guerlain Bottles the Hour Between Cocktails and Candlelight

Guerlain has released L'Heure Bleue eau de parfum, its first new feminine fragrance in more than a decade — a wait long enough to make any perfume counter regular take notice. Dusk has always been the most flattering light for an evening dress; now it comes in a bottle too.
