A jewelry brand better known for catching light in metal and stone is turning its hand to a running shoe. The house's first sneaker collaboration lands on New Balance's 991v1 this week, its design built around a garden rather than a gem. Stems, blooms and leaves stand in for the usual jewelry motifs, worked onto a silhouette New Balance has kept in steady rotation for years. The run is limited, and by the sound of it, the shoe won't stay on shelves long.
