Jamie Haller, who builds her label out of Los Angeles, showed on a New York runway for the first time this season. The designer's fall from the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund gave her the platform, and she used her time in the program to get there. A West Coast name earning its first outing on fashion's biggest East Coast stage is exactly the kind of arrival worth marking.
