CP Brands has acquired The Limited and intends to rebuild and grow the women's label. For the last eight years, the name has lived exclusively on Belk's racks as one of the department store's in-house lines. Under its new owner, The Limited gets a second act, and the plan is to make it bigger and newly imagined rather than to keep it as it was. We'll be watching to see what the next collection looks like when it arrives.
