Midtown gets a front-row seat this week. The CFDA has teamed with Rockefeller Center and Genesys to broadcast New York Fashion Week runway shows live from 30 Rockefeller Plaza, putting the season's collections on public view without a single showroom invitation. The screenings run Thursday through September 15, spanning the bulk of the NYFW calendar. Consider it the crown without the velvet rope — Rockefeller Plaza doubling as the best free seat in the city for the collections everyone will be talking about.
