New York's Front Row Just Became Its Own Show

Spring/Summer 2027 shows returned to New York this week, and the seats beside the runway drew as much attention as what walked down it. Dua Lipa, Viola Davis and Elle Fanning were among those settling in front row for the city's fashion week, each turning up as their own kind of headline act. It is the season's reminder that New York's runways run on two stages at once — one on the catwalk, one just beside it.
