For One Night, Spring Street Answered to Chanel

Chanel spent an evening remaking Balthazar, the restaurant on Spring Street, into Café Mademoiselle. The occasion was the launch of Coco Mademoiselle Crush Absolu, the house's newest fine fragrance, with guests offered a spritz of the scent throughout the night. The name on the door changed, if only for a few hours, to suit the fragrance being introduced.
