APICCAPS, the trade association representing Portugal's footwear industry, joined other industry leaders at United Nations headquarters in New York this past Thursday for a discussion on the shifting footwear business. It was a trade meeting, not a runway show, but the venue put the industry's ambassadors inside one of Manhattan's most storied buildings for a day.
