Simkhai's Spring 2027 Case for Color, Craft and a Little Shine

Jonathan Simkhai is putting craftsmanship, not caution, front and center for Spring 2027. The collection leans into primary colors, a glossy "jelly"-coated take on denim, and lace gowns built with real intricacy. It's a season the designer has framed around reinvention — testing familiar fabrics against unexpected finishes and letting construction do the talking. For a design house known for polish, that combination of playfulness and precision is worth watching as the collection makes its way to stores and, eventually, closets.
