Amy Smilovic sent Tibi's Spring 2027 collection down the runway to mark the label's thirtieth anniversary, a milestone few independent American design houses reach intact. Even amid the celebration, one loose end remained: by the show's end, Smilovic was still asking after Dolly. Three decades in, the founder apparently isn't done looking.
