Zane Li Splits the Difference Between Yesterday and Tomorrow

For spring, the rising designer stuck to the instinct that's made his young label worth watching: take something familiar and bend it until it isn't anymore. The result was a run of vibrant, layered looks that pulled from two eras at once, nostalgic references pressed right up against futuristic ones in the same silhouette. It's less a single idea than a signature at this point, and Lii wore it well.
