The Beverly Hills Bride's Heel Is Getting a Wider Base

A running list of wedding heels judged for comfort turned up a shared trait among the ones that lasted through a full day: a block or platform base standing in for the slender stiletto. Thirty-four pairs met that standard. It was the first of four traits found in common among the shoes that held up, according to the count.
