Casey Bloys Expected to Oversee Streaming for Combined Paramount and Warner Bros.

Casey Bloys, the head of HBO, is expected to lead the streaming businesses of both Paramount and Warner Bros. once the two companies complete their merger, Variety reports. Under that arrangement, both HBO and Paramount+ would report to him. According to the report, Cindy Holland said on Tuesday that she is leaving the studio, with the merger close to its final step. The change would put the two companies' streaming services under one executive as they become a single company.
