Funko Brings 500 Light-Up Doctor Doom Figures to New York Comic Con

Funko will have a small run of Marvel figures at New York Comic Con this year, according to Variety. The collectibles maker will produce 500 units of one of them, a Doctor Doom figure that lights up. The figure shows the Marvel character as Sorcerer Supreme. It is priced at $100. The Doom figure is part of a larger group of Marvel pieces Funko plans to offer at the convention. For collectors in Beverly Hills who follow Marvel releases, the count of 500 puts it among the scarcer pieces of this convention season. New York Comic Con is held in Manhattan, where the figures will be available.
