Skydance Joins the Fortune 500 as Its CEO Tells Staff the Company Will Stay in Hollywood
Skydance has been added to the Fortune 500, and it is now the most recent Los Angeles company to make the list, Variety reported. Chief executive David Ellison wrote to staff last week that he intends to keep the company in Hollywood, according to the publication. With the ranking, Los Angeles has one more Fortune 500 company based in the city. Ellison's note to staff tied the company's future to Hollywood itself, which is a short drive from Beverly Hills.
