Ten New York Stage Talents Named to Variety's 2026 Broadway List

Variety has published this year's edition of a list it runs every year, naming 10 people working on Broadway whose careers the magazine expects to follow in 2026. The group is broader than performers alone: it includes actors along with composers, librettists and playwrights. Whitney Leavitt and Mason Alexander Park are among those selected, as is the cast of the revival of "Spring Awakening." The honorees' current and upcoming work includes "Purple Rain," which the magazine cited among the productions on their slates.
