Two Hollywood Studios Now Share One Owner as David Ellison Completes Warner Bros. Discovery Deal

Paramount, the studio led by David Ellison, has completed its acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, according to Variety. The deal places both studios under Ellison's control. Both have long been part of the Los Angeles film industry, and the deal is a change in ownership for an industry that is a major presence in and around Beverly Hills.
