Palm Beach Likes Its Gin Practically Frozen

Bartenders from Worth Avenue to the Naples waterfront are dialing back the temperature on the classic martini, chasing a viscous, ice-cold pour that barely moves in the glass. Miami may still argue over vodka versus gin, but up the coast the debate has quietly settled on one point: colder wins.
