Ben Shelton Reached the U.S. Open Final With One Seat Empty in His Box

Ben Shelton played for a Grand Slam title at Flushing Meadows this weekend, and the players' box that has cheered him through the tournament was short one familiar face. Trinity Rodman, the U.S. women's soccer forward and Shelton's girlfriend, was not there for the final. The finals crowd at the National Tennis Center is a study in who's watching whom, and this time the cameras came up empty on her seat.
