Aryna Sabalenka has confirmed she is engaged to Georgios Frangulis. The tennis star did not mark the moment with fanfare, only with a simple, plainly stated acknowledgment: that during a genuinely difficult stretch, it was Frangulis who stood beside her. Nothing more elaborate than that — gratitude offered because it was true, not because the moment called for it. It is the sort of quiet devotion this town has always known how to appreciate.
