Semifinal Saturday at Arthur Ashe Stadium pulled a crowd that looked less like sports fans and more like a well-dressed occasion, the kind of night where the seats matter as much as the scoreboard. For the Palm Beach set who treat late summer in New York as an extension of the season before returning south, it was the marquee stop on the calendar. The stadium was, by all accounts, packed with recognizable faces turning out for tennis's biggest stage.
